Founder Story

RG is a global professional who has lived and worked across six countries on three continents, shaped by rich cultural experiences and a passion for transformation. My professional journey began with foundational studies in hospitality through the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA), which sparked my dedication to service and operational excellence. I then pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from William Blue College in Sydney, further refining my expertise. 

I worked with world-class brands like Marriott and Sheraton, managing the front office, rooms division, and eventually overseeing entire hotel operations, including boutique properties. These formative years gave me a deep appreciation for the guest journey, team leadership, and performance standards. 

Over the past 10 years, I transitioned into talent transformation, combining my service roots with IT solutions to drive engagement, productivity, and scalable growth in organizations. 
These diverse experiences inspired the creation of Dimension Infinity—a company built to help businesses thrive at the intersection of technology, design, training, and strategy.
